Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Ariumm and your subscription to Ariumm Core. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

Ariumm is operated from Australia. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

The service

Ariumm Core is a paid newsletter subscription delivering two evidence-based mental wellness emails per week — a Wednesday deep dive and a Sunday reset. Content is grounded in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and peer-reviewed research.

Ariumm Core is a wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Subscriptions and billing

Ariumm Core is offered on two billing cycles:

• Annual plan — $120 AUD billed as a single payment once per year (equivalent to $10/month).

• Monthly plan — $20 AUD billed each month.

All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on the applicable billing cycle. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Free trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial upon signup. A valid payment method is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before day 8, you will not be charged. After the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged at the applicable plan rate.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. On an annual plan, you retain access to Ariumm Core until the end of your paid year.

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for completed billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, contact us at hello@ariumm.com and we will make it right.

Intellectual property

All content published in Ariumm Core — including email copy, frameworks, prompts, and all written material — is the intellectual property of Ariumm. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, or share our content commercially without prior written permission.

You are welcome to share individual excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution.

Acceptable use

By subscribing you agree not to:

• Share your subscription access with others

• Use our content for commercial purposes without permission

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to our content

• Use our platform to harass, impersonate, or harm others

We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions that breach these terms without refund.

Disclaimer

Ariumm Core is an educational and wellness resource. Content is based on peer-reviewed research and CBT principles but is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Results vary between individuals.

To the extent permitted by law, Ariumm is not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from your use of or reliance on our content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Ariumm Core after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
